About Us

The Heart Behind Kidz Konnection

Kidz Konnection was born from one simple but powerful belief: every child deserves a safe, joyful place to grow, play, and connect. In the heart of Chicago, co-founders Victoria Allen, Daniel Allen, and Tamera Allen saw a need for more than just entertainment—they saw a need for hope, laughter, and community.

With a vision rooted in love for youth and family, the Allens combined their talents to create something different. Victoria brought her leadership and compassion for youth mentorship. Daniel added business insight and a commitment to safety. Tamera infused creativity and community spirit. Together, they launched a space that feels like home: fun, safe, and filled with purpose.

But Kidz Konnection isn’t doing this work alone.

We proudly partner with organizations like the Chicago Cultural Performing Arts & Media Alliance (CCPAMA), bringing cultural enrichment and creative expression to our stages. From youth performances to media workshops, CCPAMA helps amplify young voices.

We’re also honored to work with Mothers Need A Moment, an organization that reminds us that caring for families starts with caring for moms. Through calming lounges, mother-child bonding events, and music-filled relaxation spaces, we offer parents a chance to breathe.
